We believe that proper planning of the building and its systems, accompanied by a professional eye that will examine the management and maintenance of the building in the future, will lead to clear results when the building is occupied, the meaning of which is clear both in the marketing aspect and in the budgetary aspect of the project, including the responsibility of the inspection period.
Unfortunately, from time to time we see projects whose construction has been completed and the building infrastructures/systems in them are not compatible with the maintenance and management needs of the actual building.
Sometimes transferring basic "preparatory infrastructure" during the construction stages to the various systems can save large sums of money, if at all it will be feasible, afterwards.
We believe that proper and advanced planning of the building's systems is of great value to the quality of life of the tenants in the future.
